1.1. Općenita struktura

Službeni list Europske unije sastoji se od tri serije:

serija L: Zakonodavstvo

—

serija C: Informacije i objave

—

serija S: Dodatak Službenom listu Europske unije.

Official Journals of the L and C series are published daily.

In addition, separate issues may be published because of the size, urgency or importance of particular texts.

(a)

Serija L

Serija L trenutačno uključuje sljedeće dijelove:

zakonodavne akte (L I.)

—

nezakonodavne akte (L II.)

—

druge akte (L III.)

—

akte donesene prije 1. prosinca 2009. na temelju Ugovora o EZ-u, Ugovora o EU-u i Ugovora o Euratomu (L IV.) (privremeni dio)

—

ispravke.

Serija C

Serija C trenutačno uključuje sljedeće dijelove:

rezolucije, preporuke i mišljenja (C I.)

informacije (C II.)

ispravke.

Seriju C dopunjuju serije C … A i C … E (elipse predstavljaju broj izdanja serije C od istog dana).

C … A series (A = Annex)
This series is reserved for the publication of open competitions, vacancy notices and common catalogues (varieties of agricultural species, etc.).

C … E series (E = electronic)
This series is reserved for the publication of certain texts, such as Council positions under the ordinary legislative procedure or minutes and texts adopted by the European Parliament. They are available on the EUR-Lex site and on the monthly DVD.

Given the number of different acts published in the C series, there is a greater variety of form (typographical presentations) than in the L series, but the rules to be complied with are the same for both.

Serija S

U seriji S (S = supplement) objavljuju se pozivi na podnošenje ponuda u postupcima javne nabave, as well as notices from the European Development Fund and other institutions, bodies, offices and agencies. It is available on the Internet (TED database) and on DVD.
