AO 10106: Reports of cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance and Reports of European Community staff cases

This invitation to tender involves the production of publications entitled 'Reports of cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance' and 'Reports of European Community staff cases'.
This invitation to tender is made up of 2 lots:
lot 1 : production and printing:
- of the 'Reports of cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance',
- and the 'Reports of European Community staff cases',
using electronic files in XML format;
lot 2 : production and printing of the 'Reports of European Community staff cases' and reprints of the 'Reports of cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance' from camera-ready or PDF files.
The 'Reports of European Community staff cases' is currently produced from camera-ready files. The intention is that, subsequently, this publication will also be produced from electronic XML files. From then on, the work for this publication will be carried out under lot 1 and the contracts regarding lot 2 will end.
It is currently envisaged that the 'Reports of European Community staff cases' will be produced from XML files as from early 2011 at the latest.

Within six days after the receipt of your request, we will dispatch the tendering specifications.
On the other hand, you will personally receive, by registered letter and fax and/or courier all additional clarifications and information regarding this call for tender.
These documents are also available electronically on this website as soon as possible, but please notice that, even if the electronic files available on this homepage should be correct, the printed version, which is sent by mail, prevails.
