having regard to the draft Council regulation amending Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2020/2093 laying down the multiannual financial framework for the years 2021 to 2027 (5470/2026),

having regard to the request for consent submitted by the Council in accordance with Article 312(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Article 106a of the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community (C10-0023/2026),

—

having regard to Rules 94, 107(1) and (4) and 170(6) of its Rules of Procedure,

Gives its consent to the draft Council regulation;

2.

Instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the national parliaments.
