Since the Committee has already set out its views on the content of the proposal in question in its opinion TEN/815 CO2 emission class of heavy-duty vehicles with trailers [C/2023/874] (1), adopted on 20 September 2023, it decided not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned document.
