Since the Committee has already set out its views on the content of the proposal in question in its opinions CBAM revision (1), adopted on 19/3/2026, and EU Strategy on fertilisers (2), adopted on 22/3/2023, it decided not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned documents.
