Since the Committee has already set out its views on the content of the proposal in question in its opinions Equivalence of inspections – seed produced in Brazil and Moldova (modification) (1), adopted on 14.2.2018, and Seed equivalence – Ukraine (2), adopted on 18.9.2020, it has decided not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the above-mentioned documents.
