Open Procédure
The transport of publications, promotion material (flexible stands, gadgets, etc.) and computer material from Luxembourg to destinations worldwide and the provision of such transport to Luxembourg from points of departure throughout the world.
The contract is structured in the following manner:
— Lot 1 consists of national and international transport of goods from and to Luxembourg as well as customs clearance and delivery.
Lot 1 comprises 2 categories:
— standard consignments,
— chartering of trucks or partial truck loads.
Lot 2 consists of express national and international transport of consignments from Luxembourg with obligatory confirmation of delivery, having as destination the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and major towns and cities worldwide.
Lot 2 comprises 2 categories:
— rapid consignments of goods weighing no more than 1 000 kilograms and with short delivery times,
— urgent consignments of goods weighing no more than 250 kilograms and with particularly short delivery times.
How to participate ?
If you are interested or intend to make an offer for a call for tender procedure,
- please insert your name and e-mail address on our Registration Form
or
- send a request by letter or a fax or an e-mail to opoce-appels-offres@publications.europa.eu after the publication of the contract notice, containing the following information:
- reference and title of the call for tenders,
- company name with full postal address,
- contact person’s name, phone number, fax number and e-mail address.
Within six days after the receipt of your request, we will dispatch the tendering specifications.
On the other hand, you will personally receive, by registered letter and fax and/or courier all additional clarifications and information regarding this call for tender.
These documents are also available electronically on this website as soon as possible, but please notice that, even if the electronic files available on this homepage should be correct, the printed version, which is sent by mail, prevails.
Should you no longer wish to receive documents regarding this call for tender, please let us know by post, fax or courier.
