The purpose of the call for tender is the selection of 1 economic operator, for each lot, for the provision of the computing services at the Office. The different services covered by the call for tender are:

— lot 1: maintenance and software development of the SEI-BUD/AMD/CR systems.

The purpose of this lot is to maintain and improve the current SEI-BUD/AMD/CR systems based on the specifications and analysis provided by lot 3. Other related services linked to developments could be requested,

— lot 2: project management assistance and quality control of the SEI-BUD/AMD/CR systems.

The purpose of this lot is to assist the Publications Office in tasks related to project management and quality control in general,

— lot 3: elaboration of specifications and functional analysis, consultancy services related to the SEI-BUD/AMD/CR systems.

The purpose of this lot is to define functional specifications and detailed functional analysis according to the user's needs, other consultancy services related to the business of the SEI-BUD/AMD/CR systems could be requested.
