Proposal for a Council Decision on the position to be taken by the Union within the Association Council created by the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Arab Republic of Egypt, of the other part, with regard to the amendment of Annex II of Protocol 4, concerning the list of working or processing required to be carried out on non-originating materials in order that the product manufactured can obtain originating status, pursuant to the entry into force of the Harmonised System 2007
