European gender equality law review
The European Gender Equality Law Review is a biannual publication which details the national legislative, policy, case-law, and other developments in EU gender equality issues from the 33 countries participating in the EU Network of Legal Experts in the Field of Gender Equality. These 33 countries are comprised of the 28 Member States of the EU; the EEA countries of Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway; and the candidate countries of Turkey and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. Each edition of the Law Review also includes at least two academic articles on EU gender equality issues, an... editorial, the relevant developments in European policy and legislation, and the most recent case-law updates from the European Courts and the UN CEDAW Committee. This edition celebrates 30 years of the European Network of Legal Experts in the Field of Gender Equality and includes an article on sex discrimination in relation to part-time and fixed-term work.
