Procurements of the Publications Office: How to participate ?
If you are interested or intend to make an offer for a call for tenders procedure,
- please insert your name and e-mail address on our Registration Form
or
- send a request by letter or a fax or an e-mail to opoce-appels-offres@publications.europa.eu after the publication of the contract notice, containing the following information:
- reference and title of the call for tenders,
- company name with full postal address,
- contact person’s name, phone number, fax number and e-mail address.
Within six days after the receipt of your request, we will dispatch the invitation letter per e-mail or fax. The tendering documents will be available on this website.
Additionally, you will receive, by e-mail or fax all additional clarifications and information regarding this call for tender. These documents are also available electronically on this website as soon as possible.
Should you no longer wish to receive documents regarding this call for tender, please let us know by e-mail, post, fax or courier.
