Taking of the oath by a new Member of the General Court

Following his appointment as Judge at the General Court for the period from 6 October 2013 to 31 August 2016 by decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of the European Union of 16 October 2013, (1) Mr Madise took the oath before the Court of Justice on 23 October 2013.
