Since the Committee has already set out its views on the content of the proposal in question in its opinion on Equivalence of inspections — seed produced in Brazil and Moldova (1), adopted on 14 February 2018, it decided, at its 568th plenary session of 23 and 24 March 2022 (meeting of 23 March), by 178 votes in favour with 1 against and 7 abstentions, not to draw up a new opinion on the subject, but to refer to the position it had taken in the abovementioned document.
