ASSENTS Nos 20/94 to 28/94 given by the Council pursuant to Article 56 (2) (a) of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community (94/C 280/04)- DM 150 million (approximately ECU 77,48 million) to Deutsche Bank AG,

In order to enable the Commission to grant:

(a) the following global loans:

- Pta 1 500 million (approximately ECU 9,72 million) to Caja de Ahorros de la Inmaculada,

- DM 50 million (approximately ECU 26,255 million) to Bayerische Vereinsbank AG,

- £60 million (approximately ECU 78,115 million) to Midland Bank plc,

- DM 150 million (approximately ECU 77,48 million) to Deutsche Bank AG,

- Lit 50 000 million (approximately ECU 26,820 million) to Mediocredito Ligure SpA, Italy,

- Pta 3 000 million (approximately ECU 19,071 million) to IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG;

(b) the following redevelopment loans:

- £16 million (approximately ECU 21,156 million) to Safeway Stores plc,

- Esc 2 000 million (approximately ECU 10,211 million) to Sommer-Allibert Industrie, Portugal,

- £6 million (approximately ECU 7,8 million) to Motor Panels plc.

The Council gave these assents at its 1784th meeting held on 22 September 1994.
