The Court:

Sets the amount of financial compensation payable by the Commission to Ms Marie-Claude Girardot pursuant to the judgment of the Court of First Instance of 31 March 2004 in Case T-10/02 Girardot v Commission at EUR 92 785, together with interest payable from 6 September 2004, at the rate set by the European Central Bank for main refinancing operations, plus two percentage points;

2.

Orders the Commission to pay the costs.
