On 16 November 2022, the European Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) (‘Merger Regulation’).
On 16 December 2022, the notifying party informed the Commission that it withdrew its notification.
