Corrigendum to Decision of the EEA Joint Committee No 131/2007 of 28 September 2007 amending Protocol 31 to the EEA Agreement, on cooperation in specific fields outside the four freedoms (1)

In recital 3, ‘1 January 2007’ is replaced by ‘1 January 2008’. |

In Article 1(1) the phrase ‘… and in the programmes referred to in the ninth, tenth and eleventh indents as from 1 January 2007.’, is replaced by ‘, in the programmes referred to in the ninth and tenth indents as from 1 January 2007 and in the programme referred to in the eleventh indent as from 1 January 2008.’ |

In Article 2, the second subparagraph shall read as ‘It shall apply from 1 January 2007.’ |
