Declares that, by failing to adopt the measures necessary to comply with the judgment of 23 April 2015 in Commission v Greece (C-149/14, not published, EU:C:2015:264), by the expiry of the period prescribed in the letter of formal notice sent by the European Commission, namely 5 December 2017, the Hellenic Republic has failed to fulfil its obligations under Article 260(1) TFEU. |

Orders the Hellenic Republic to pay the European Commission a lump sum of EUR 3 500 000, to an account to be indicated by it. |
