ASSENT No 12/81 given by the Council pursuant to Article 58 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community to the introduction of a system of production quotas for coils and derivative products

In a letter dated 25 May 1981, the Commission of the European Communities requested the assent of the Council of the European Communities, under Article 58 of the Treaty establishing the European Coal and Steel Community, to the introduction of a system of production quotas for coils and derivative products.

The Council gave the requested assent at its 706th meeting on 4 June 1981.
