ANEXO I
CALENDÁRIO DE DESMANTELAMENTO PAUTAL DA COMUNIDADE
(Referido no artigo 3.o)
SECÇÃO A
Concessões pautais relativas aos produtos classificados na categoria«6»em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 8.oda decisão
As seguintes concessões pautais serão aplicáveis anualmente, a partir da data de entrada em vigor da decisão, às importações na Comunidade dos produtos originários do México.
1. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de 300 toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0407 00 19, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro da nação mais favorecida (na acepção do GATT 1994, a seguir designado por«NMF») aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro do sistema de preferências generalizadas (na acepção da legislação comunitária pertinente, a seguir designado por«SPG») aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
O tratamento preferencial previsto no presente ponto apenas é aplicável aos ovossem agentes patgénicos específicos.
2. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de1 000toneladas métricas (equivalente ovos com casca) dos produtos originários do México classificados nas posições0408 11 80,0408 19 81,0408 19 89,0408 91 80e0408 99 80, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
3. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de30 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0409 00 00, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
4. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de 350 toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições0603 10 11,0603 10 13,0603 10 15,0603 10 21e0603 10 25. Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem.
5. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de 400 toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0603 10 29. Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem.
6. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de 350 toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições0603 10 51,0603 10 53,0603 10 55,0603 10 61e0603 10 65. Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem.
7. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de 400 toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0603 10 69. Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem.
8. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de 600 toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0709 20 00. Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem. O tratamento preferencial previsto no presente artigo apenas será aplicável aos produtos importados na Comunidade após o último dia de Fevereiro e antes de 1 de Dezembro de cada ano civil.
9. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de 500 toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0710 21 00, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
10. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de1 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0807 19 00, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
O tratamento preferencial previsto no presente ponto apenas é aplicável aos produtos importados na Comunidade durante os meses de Janeiro, Abril, Maio, Outubro, Novembro e Dezembro de cada ano civil.
11. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de1 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição0811 10 90, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
12. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de2 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições1604 14 11,1604 14 18,1604 14 90,1604 19 39e1604 20 70com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 33,33 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
O contingente previsto no presente ponto será aumentado anualmente em 500 toneladas métricas. Esse contingente será reexaminado em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 10.oda decisão.
13. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de275 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição1703 10 00. Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem.
14. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade de1 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição2005 60 00, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
15. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de1 500toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições2008 92 51,2008 92 74,2008 92 92,2008 92 93,2008 92 94,2008 92 96,2008 92 97e2008 92 98, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
16. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de1 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições2009 11 11,2009 11 19,2009 11 91,2009 19 11,2009 19 19,2009 19 91e2009 19 99, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
17. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de30 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados na posição2009 11 99, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 25 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
O tratamento preferencial previsto no presente ponto apenas é aplicável aos produtos com um grau de concentração superior a 20 brix (com densidade superior a 1,083 gramas por centímetro cúbico a 20 °C).
18. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de2 500toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições2009 40 11,2009 40 19,2009 40 30,2009 40 91e2009 40 99, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 %:
a) |
Do direito aduaneiro NMF aplicável no momento da importação; ou, se este for inferior, |
b) |
Do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação do México desses produtos. |
19. A Comunidade autorizará a importação de uma quantidade total de3 000toneladas métricas (equivalente ovos com casca) de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições3502 11 90e3502 19 90. Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem.
SECÇÃO B
Concessões pautais relativas aos produtos classificados na categoria«7»em conformidade com o disposto no artigo 8.oda decisão
As seguintes concessões pautais serão aplicáveis anualmente, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, às importações na Comunidade dos produtos originários do México.
1. A Comunidade não aplicará qualquer direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termosad valoremàs importações na Comunidade de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições0403 10 51,0403 10 53,0403 10 59,0403 10 91,0403 10 93,0403 10 99,0403 90 71,0403 90 73,0403 90 79,0403 90 91,0403 90 93e0403 90 99, mas poderá aplicar o direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termos específicos, aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
2. A Comunidade não aplicará qualquer direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termosad valoremàs importações na Comunidade de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições1517 10 10e1517 90 10, mas poderá aplicar o direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termos específicos, aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
3. A Comunidade permitirá a importação de uma quantidade total de1 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições1704 10 11,1704 10 19,1704 10 91e1704 10 99, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial nã superior a 6 %ad valorem. No que respeita às importações na Comunidade de produtos originários do México referidos no presente ponto que sejam importados ao abrigo do contingente pautal fixado no presente ponto, a Comunidade não aplicará qualquer direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termosad valorem, mas poderá aplicar o direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termos específicos, aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
4. A Comunidade não aplicará qualquer direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termosad valoremàs importações na Comunidade de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições1704 90 10,1704 90 30,1704 90 51,1704 90 55,1704 90 61,1704 90 65,1704 90 71,1704 90 75,1704 90 81e1704 90 99, mas poderá aplicar o direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termos específicos, aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
5. A Comunidade não aplicará qualquer direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termosad valoremàs importações na Comunidade de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições1901 20 00,1901 90 11,1901 90 19,1904 10 10,1904 10 30,1904 10 90,1904 20 91,1905 90 10e1905 90 20, mas poderá aplicar o direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termos específicos, aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
6. A Comunidade permitirá a importação de produtos originários do México classificados na posição2101 12 92, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 % do direito aduaneiro NMF ou, se este for inferior, do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
7. A Comunidade não aplicará qualquer direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termosad valoremàs importações na Comunidade de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições2101 12 98e2101 20 98, mas poderá aplicar o direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termos específicos, aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
8. A Comunidade permitirá a importação de produtos originários do México classificados nas posições2102 10 10,2102 10 31,2102 10 39,2102 10 90e2102 20 11, com um direito aduaneiro preferencial não superior a 50 % do direito aduaneiro NMF ou, se este for inferior, do direito aduaneiro SPG aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
9. A Comunidade não aplicará qualquer direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termosad valoremàs importações na Comunidade de produtos originários do México classificados na posição3302 10 29, mas poderá aplicar o direito aduaneiro NMF ou SPG expresso em termos específicos, aplicável no momento da importação às importações desses produtos do México.
10. As concessões pautais relativas aos produtos classificados na categoria«7»não especificados nos pontos 1 a 9 serão avaliadas em conformidade com as disposições pertinentes do artigo 8.oda decisão.
SECÇÃO C
Notas

A partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão e durante oito anos, a Comunidade permitirá anualmente a importação de20 000toneladas métricas de produtos originários do México classificados nesta posição (ex 0804 40 90). Relativamente a essa quantidade, a partir da data da entrada em vigor da decisão, o direito aduaneiro aplicável será de 0 %ad valorem. O tratamento preferencial previsto no presente número apenas é aplicável aos produtos importados na Comunidade durante os meses de Junho, Julho, Agosto e Setembro de cada ano civil. |

No que respeita aos veículos classificados nestas posições com um peso por veículo inferior a8 864kg, o direito aduaneiro de base a que serão aplicadas as reduções sucessivas em conformidade com o presente anexo será de 4,4 %ad valorem. |
