Explanatory notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union

(2023/C 244/04)

Pursuant to Article 9(1), point (a), of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 (1), the Explanatory notes to the Combined Nomenclature of the European Union (2) are amended as follows:

On page 293, the current explanatory notes to heading 7019 and to subheadings 7019 11 00 – 7019 90 00 are replaced by the following text:

This subheading does not include closed woven fabrics, plain weave, which are only impregnated or made of impregnated yarns.
