COUNCIL REGULATION (EC) No 139/2004

On 6 February 2006, the Commission of the European Communities received notification of a proposed concentration between China International Marine Containers CO., Ltd. and Burg Industries B.V. On 20 July 2006, the notifying parties informed the Commission that they withdrew their notification.
