On page 29, Annex, point 5.6, paragraph 3 of the new Article 8 of Regulation (EC) No 808/2004:
for:
‘3. Implementing measures shall be adopted at least nine months before the start of a data collection period.’,
read:
‘3. Implementing measures shall be drawn up at least nine months before the start of a data collection period.’.
