Annuls the Career Development Report of Ms Putterie-De-Beukelaer concerning the period from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2005 in so far as it does not acknowledge the applicant's potential to carry out duties in category B*;

2.

Orders the Commission of the European Communities to pay all the costs.
