Improving the tools for the social inclusion and non-discrimination of Roma in the EU Report

Roma in Europe continue to suffer discrimination and exclusion, putting them at a high risk of poverty and unemployment. EU institutions and Member States have a joint responsibility to improve this, using all instruments at their disposal. Prepared by the European Roma Rights Centre and the Roma Education Fund, this report examines practices and actions in EU Member States which have contributed to Roma inclusion.
